Welcome to our Pilates channel where you can do reformer, mat, chair & tower workouts at home. My pilates workouts are not classical pilates, I like to feel the burn and feel like I get a great workout, while also, stretching and lengthen the body. Get ready to strengthen your core, glutes, legs and arms in these workouts and feel the burn!
Alexis and I are sisters, who grew up doing sports. We got recruited to dive in college, Michelle for Princeton and Alexis for USC. After college, Michelle found her way to performing in live shows on Royal Caribbean's largest cruise ship as a diver. Once Alexis graduated, she joined in the cruise ship adventure. After ship life, we wanted to do something active and that we enjoyed, so we got Pilates Certified with BASI!

Thank you! Yeah unfortunately The only way to make money on UA-cam is by having ads and no one wants ads every 3 mins in a workout. There is an annual subscription which drops it to $20 a month. I have a promotion right now too which gives you 5 weeks for $12.50 with promo code LAUNCH50 and I’ll do other promotions throughout the year too

Glad you enjoyed the workout. This is an older video when I first started making videos and I had the music.i think I got rid of the musical few workouts after this one. Unfortunately I can’t take out the music for the older videos

How to do this? Its so hard for me
Try making the springs heavier. So if you have on two red (2 heavy) at the top, add a third spring on. The heavier spring tension gives your body alittle more support to lift the hips up

My favorite workout video disappeared overnight. The one, where you are using bar to jump off , instead of jumping board. Where can I find it? Why did you remove it?

This was great thank you so much those dang bridges on the reformer kill my hamstrings but I did the best I could!
Awesome, love to hear that! If your hamstrings tend to cramp on bridges, add another spring. That should help a little bit
